I chose to work with Sunrun because my nephew and Antonio Pennyman was able to make me understand the benefit of having the solar panels and the cost savings that I would realize once having them installed.
He was patient answered all my questions. He had most of the answers if he didn’t have the answer, he quickly got it for me, and his customer service was top-tier.

I had originally bought my house knowing that I would never have installed solar. My house faces the wrong direction and the hill in the back yard rises 75 feet. Having a hatred for power outages and Edison, I along with a friend set up a small scale solar inverter and a couple of panels in my backyard. Later on, I started to see a lot of SunRun activity in the neighborhood. One day in January, a young woman walked up to me on my driveway. I noticed her SunRun hat and she started asking me about my thoughts on a solar energy system. I told her to please sit down on the wall to continue the discussion(as a I wasn’t going to let her in my house!) well, anyway she would end up in my house and laid out the whole presentation. Pearl Wu was very thorough and convincing. She answered all my questions and challenges! The following months went like clockwork even with a revision. The installation finished in one day and a few weeks later, the power is on! Pearl was very honest with me all the way through. She’s a friend I can count on. I’m very lucky I was home that day she walked up my driveway!

I was never interested in the whole solar thing , but Janelle Cantu explained the program very carefully to me and kept calling me to make sure everything went well and for updates. Once I made the switch to batteries if I had any questions about them she answered promptly. 10/10 service.

We haven't powered on yet but the experience has been a pleasant one, from the very beginning to where we are now. It was a pleasure to work with Austin. He was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Installation went smoothly from beginning to end. Lacked a little in the clean up mode but easily overlooked. I would recommend Austin and the company to anyone looking for sun panels!
