I found Sunrun through Costco. A nice salseman came out and walked me through everything from logistics to financials. We went ahead with the installation - Sunrun handled everything. 3 years later, my system is humming, and I haven't paid more than the montgly connection fee in all that time. My only regret is not doing it sooner. 10/10 recommend.

I had a great experience with Sunrun from the time a representative showed up on my doorstep and continues to this day with positive follow ups.
The entire transaction was transparent and upfront, and the installers were very professional in taking care of my concrete tile roof.
Everyone I spoke to that had solar panels wished they had installed them 10 years ago. I follow in that opinion. Absolutely no regrets.

I have never had work done that went so smoothly. I was contacted before any work or inspection were to be performed. They always said no contact required from me, just leave access gates open and I never needed to be home. All the work was done by highly skilled professionals. Always polite and work area clean before leaving. All communication and cordanation was done in house. I was sent updates on all work that was completed. Always had Madeline to answer questions but I never had any. Great company
