My experience began at Home Depot, where I had the pleasure of speaking with CJ and Ally. They were both friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Kawelo later came to my home to discuss my existing solar system and possible options for reducing my electricity bill.
What impressed me most was his patience, professionalism, and respectful approach. There was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the available options, and answer my questions. When he needed additional information, he was honest about consulting with his team rather than giving me an answer he wasn’t certain about.
I truly appreciate someone who respects a customer’s time, listens with genuine interest, and allows them to make an informed decision without feeling pressured or obligated.
In today’s world, kindness, patience, honesty, and excellent customer service mean so much. It’s refreshing to meet people who genuinely care about helping others.

I had a great experience with Sunrun, thanks to Travis Tullis He took care of the entire process of getting solar panels installed at my home in North Plainfield, NJ.
Travis handled everything from beginning to end and was always making sure every detail was taken care of. He even came to my house during the installation to check that everything was going well.
Travis is a great agent, very responsible and always willing to help. I definitely recommend him!
