He is always available when I need to ask a question. Very professional. We were lucky enough to have everything installed and working before this recent unexpected 48 hour power outage from Edison and we were so excited to see that we had electricity. I was charging my neighbors telephones for them. One of the best things we have ever done. So happy. MIchael made everything easy for us.

The entire transaction was transparent and upfront, and the installers were very professional in taking care of my concrete tile roof.
Everyone I spoke to that had solar panels wished they had installed them 10 years ago. I follow in that opinion. Absolutely no regrets.

The Sunrun installation process was quick and within one day of going live, the solar and battery system kept my power on during an emergency shutoff in the midst of a heatwave, without my having to pay a thing - seriously not one penny. My sales rep is John Lacques through the Camarillo office and he has made sure I understood each step and he checks on the process and installation start to finish. The electrician-installer, Nick and his crew did a great job, with a keen attention to detail. I highly recommend the Sunrun teams

I have never had work done that went so smoothly. I was contacted before any work or inspection were to be performed. They always said no contact required from me, just leave access gates open and I never needed to be home. All the work was done by highly skilled professionals. Always polite and work area clean before leaving. All communication and cordanation was done in house. I was sent updates on all work that was completed. Always had Madeline to answer questions but I never had any. Great company
