Solar is the way to go. The exceptional customer service with Sunrun has been a very smooth process so far. My Sale Rep, George, has been very professional, knowledgeable and the speed of process is top notch. I would recommend Sunrun to my family and friends, through their referral program.

We chose Sunrun because of its reputation in the solar industry and the confidence we felt throughout the process.
One of the biggest reasons for our decision was our sales representative, Austin Monte. His professionalism, honesty, patience, and willingness to answer all our questions made us feel comfortable moving forward with Sunrun.
Austin took the time to explain everything clearly and continued to provide excellent communication and follow-up from the day we signed our agreement until the final step. His dedication and genuine care made a big difference in our decision.

We chose Sunrun because of its reputation in the solar industry and the confidence we felt throughout the process. We believe that great customer service is just as important as the product itself, and Austin truly represented Sunrun in the best possible way.
Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Austin Monte!
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Austin Monte from Sunrun for his exceptional customer service, professionalism, and dedication throughout the entire process.
From the day we signed our agreement to the very final step, Austin consistently followed up, kept us informed, answered all our questions, and made sure everything went smoothly.
What impressed us most was his genuine care, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Austin didn’t just complete a sale and move on. He stayed involved throughout the entire process, making sure we were comfortable and satisfied every step of the way.
It’s rare to find someone who takes such personal responsibility and truly cares about his customers.
Thank you, Austin Monte, for going above and beyond and making our experience with Sunrun such a positive one. Sunrun is fortunate to have you on their team!
I highly recommend Austin to anyone considering Sunrun!

I had a great experience with Sunrun from the time a representative showed up on my doorstep and continues to this day with positive follow ups.
The entire transaction was transparent and upfront, and the installers were very professional in taking care of my concrete tile roof.
Everyone I spoke to that had solar panels wished they had installed them 10 years ago. I follow in that opinion. Absolutely no regrets.

I have never had work done that went so smoothly. I was contacted before any work or inspection were to be performed. They always said no contact required from me, just leave access gates open and I never needed to be home. All the work was done by highly skilled professionals. Always polite and work area clean before leaving. All communication and cordanation was done in house. I was sent updates on all work that was completed. Always had Madeline to answer questions but I never had any. Great company
